Former government and military intelligence agent Robert D. Steele identifies every key facet of the dominant governing paradigm and what we must do to bring about the kinds of changes demanded by the world’s sordid state of affairs.
We cannot hope to vote into power those who might actually change the system. Those in power own and run the system from top to bottom and it is thoroughly infested with liars, crooks and incompetent socio-economic engineers.

There must be enough of us committed to honesty, liberty, freedom, justice and the constitution of the United States to take a stand and fix that which is broken.
The repair work begins November 2010

American #terror
---
It is, historically, a very dangerous thing when a government refuses to listen to it's own people...
It is not unusual for peoples around the world to resort to guerrilla tactics to fight an opponent who is much better trained, equipped and armed... Pretty much what is called terrorism now days was guerrilla warfare when I was younger, or something else.
Pretty much the first time I remember hearing about terrorism was in the 1970's with that whole Arafat thing. Blowing up airplanes and such...
As I recall most all of that 'terrorism' was politically motivated, based, mainly, on the foreign policy of the United States government... Things don't 'change' much do they? lol
It's fairly obvious, to me, that there will be 'terrorist attacks' in the United States of America. Likely soon... In my opinion. Including the suicide variety ala Hassan and Joe Stack...
I wonder, because I'm not all that smart to actually know everything like our brilliant politicians do, if maybe most insurgencies and civil wars don't start with something that could be 'called' terrorism, domestic terrorism perhaps...
By my calculations, which are not much more than an educated guess, numbers pulled out of my own a$$ lol, our government has thoroughly pissed off about 1/3 of the American populace.
With the seemingly endless bailouts and government takeovers in the private sector, the insane spending and money printing and the monetization of debt...
With seemingly endless wars around the globe, the purpose of which become ever more difficult to logically explain to a war weary nation...
So my question became, over time. What percentage of Americans might we expect, statistically speaking, to become angered and frustrated enough to turn to violence to express their dissatisfaction with the status quo?
This assuming that we are talking about a baseline of 100 million people... 1/3 of the population of the USA.
Obviously 100 million people are not going to take up arms to resist their government, or even consider such non-sense. What needs to be done can, and should, be done peacefully...
But my point is that a certain 'percentage' of angry Americans are likely more inclined toward violence than the rest...
Ok, for the sake of argument, say I'm way off in my own estimates of how many Americans are REALLY PO'ed with their government and thieving banks and corrupt corporations and utility/commodity companies. Let's say maybe it's only half that number, 15% of the populous or 50 million people...
My struggle is to figure out what percentage of that number 'might' end up resorting to violence to express their displeasure?
I, personally, don't think 50 million is that bad a number. It's 15% of the population while we have at least 18% unemployment (according to BLS). 15 to 16 million Americans have no jobs! Their families and extended families are affected in a negative way also, either directly or indirectly..
Unemployment, poverty and stress, foreclosures and homelessness abound in this country. They promise only to get worse. Many soldiers are returning home, to society, after several tours of duty in the middle east. Many with post-traumatic stress syndrome, I would assume. I think *I* would have it! Often experiencing urban warfare, where it is often difficult to tell friend from foe...
Many many Americans are stressed like they have not been since the great depression.
The banks don't care, the insurance companies don't care, the corporations don't care. The United States government doesn't seem to care. At least not about anything other than the aforementioned corporations...
Me? I'm REALLY pissed! About the unfairness of it all. About the fact that government seems to be taking over everything, against the will and loud protests of the American people. That the government/tax payer bailouts seem to be endless. That the economy and markets are being illegally manipulated. That the wishes of the American people are not only being ignored but also being demonized, if not yet criminalized...
I remember the 1980's when the main stream media constantly hammered president Ronald Reagan on the economy and certainly on what I recall being the 3 million homeless Americans at the time... What is that number now? There are different numbers all over the map as is normally the case... Here's an interesting story
Why is it that now it seems homelessness isn't that big a story to the media anymore?
Many Americans are being called potential 'terrorists' these days by many people. In both government and media...
So what percentage of 50 million, even 25 million, or even 10 million, Americans would resort to violence? This question has been bugging me, haunting me... I have no answer yet, though it seems to promise to be a significant number in any case...
I suppose, in the end, I pretty much agree with the Department of Homeland Security. That some of the most likely Americans to take matters into their own hands, to be the most likely to fight hard for freedom and liberty, for country and for God, are likely to be well trained veterans and militias.
I guess it makes sense... Here is the link to the page containing the information below...
1) The election of the first African American President is spawning domestic terrorism. “Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration….”
2) Possible new legislation to restrict gun laws may spawn domestic terrorism.
3) Returning military veterans may resort to domestic terrorism. Right wingers may “recruit” combat veterans “to boost their violent capabilities.”
4) An recent example of rightwing extremism is the shooting deaths of the three police officers in Pittsburgh, PA on April 4, 2009.
5) “Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the economy…” “Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish “financial elites.”
6) Violence is expected due to “rightwing extremist groups’ frustration over a perceived lack of government action on illegal immigration….”
Government continues to scream race, Race, RACE! I see no racism here... Mainly only American citizens who are now as concerned about the direction and leadership (or lack thereof) of their beloved country as never before experienced in this generation.
It seems government will continue to push the envelope... After the passage of an unconstitutional, IMO, health care law they now promise to similarly 'cram down the throats of the American people' Cap and Trade (another HUGE tax during a recession) and amnesty for 12 to 14 million people who are in our country illegally.
I see far more patriotic concern than anything else...
Washington needs to remember that most of us cook our own meals, do our own dishes, clean our own houses, tend to our own gardens, look after our own kids, do our own shopping.
We, the people, ARE America... not the government... They work for us.. Supposedly, until now.

Who is inciting whom to violence?
As you should know, if you read this blog at all, *I* am not one to encourage or condone violence in any way, against anyone...
However, that said, I SEE and FEEL a very strong chance of violence occurring in American society and I feel that we should all be prepared for that to happen. In my opinion we should also attempt to look, logically at what is going right now in American society...
It seems to me that violence is exactly what our government seeks... A panic, a crisis if you will, one that, according to Rahm Emanuel, should never be wasted...
I do have a fear that our own government is planning to use 'the threat of violence' as well as the terms 'national security matter/interest' & 'enemy combatant' to begin to round up certain members of our society who 'they' deem to be a possible threat.
For the moment i am going to provide a few links to some interesting information and recent developments...
We have already had the 2nd largest terrorist attack in the history of America when Major Hussan carried out his personal jihad against fellow soldiers...
Common Sense Says Major Hasan Was a Terrorist
We also had Joe Stack, who found himself so frustrated by the system that the only answer he was capable of arriving at was to kill himself in an attack on the IRS (Was this our first suicide bomber?)
Joe Stack (1956-2010) The Letter
Now we have this...
Hutaree Militia: Parallels To Tim McVeigh; Cable News’ Next Big Story?
And...
Eight U.S. militia members enter not guilty pleas (Hutaree Militia)
And a bit more generally...
'Rising Risk of . . . Violence'
And some people who seem to 'dislike' Glenn Beck... lol
Beck's "shocking" and "disturbing" documentary caps month of suggesting progressives are prone to violence
My research continues currently with
A transcultural study of the "Temperament and Character Inventory" (TCI study)
My thesis is that the government of the United States of America is WELL aware of not only the possibility of, but also the probability of, violence occurring on a domestic level as it has not for many many decades... i seek only access to data that is most likely already well known and understood by our own government.
We have seen warnings already from the Department of Homeland Security that states that our brave soldiers returning from foreign wars, which they did not start, should be monitored by government as they have the potential to become violent supporters of extremism directed against our government.
Returning military veterans may resort to domestic terrorism. Right wingers may “recruit” combat veterans “to boost their violent capabilities.”
I am currently trying to discern the percentage of the American population who might be considered to be 'violence prone' due to the psychological makeup of said individuals.
To *me* it seems important to have some idea of the number of Americans who may succumb to acts of violence when/if aggravated/frustrated to sufficient levels as shown by reliable, statistical data.
I would appreciate any assistance I can get in this area of research ;)
This is most certainly only the beginning of our problems in America... Be aware. Don't be caught off guard...

CNN Slams “Patriot Movement,” Misrepresents FEMA Camp Evidence
---
Debbie Morgan, Debbie@takebackwashington.com
December, 2009
In a flagrant attempt to mislead the American Public, CNN aired a series of hit pieces on patriots and the militia. One specific report by John Acosta was about the Oath Keepers, a group of military, firefighters, veterans and police officers who have decided to take their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States seriously. Making a rather snide comment about the “patriot movement,” it may be time for Acosta to answer one quick question for the American people…since when did being a “patriot” in America garner such a negative connotation?
The meaning of “patriot” describes many, and those of us who are sworn American Patriots do, indeed, fit the bill. Webster’s Dictionary defines a patriot as someone “who loves and loyally or zealously supports one's own country.” American “patriots” love their country and its Constitution and want it protected. Yet the mainstream media and the over-reaching Federal government are demonizing patriots and the entire Patriot Movement. In a MIAC report, released earlier this year, many people who simply hold their Constitutional Rights sacred are to be considered potential threats.

Are 'they' succeeding?
'They' are not 'fixing' our economy... 'They' are, and have been all along, merely slowing things down... buying themselves some time. 'They' understand completely that everything about the United States of America is coming unraveled at the seams... Spiraling wildly out of control, only more 'slowly' now. 'They' whisper sweet little lies in our ear... 'green shoots', 'the recession is over', 'unemployment numbers are 'better' now', 'unemployment is a 'lagging' indicator', 'earnings are better', 'the market has recovered'. 'They' merely 'paint the picture' 'they' wish us to see... While, in the background, 'they' work feverishly, throwing every idea anyone can come up with at the problems that now face us as a country. Nothing is sticking...
It is all unraveling...
There was just too much leverage involved, too much greed and corruption to be fixed with the lowering of an interest rate here, the changing of an accounting rule there...
I often see it stated in news articles that the government, that the Federal Reserve, has pumped trillions of dollars into our 'economy' in an effort to 'save us'... 'They' haven't pumped ANY money into the economy at all... WE are the economy in this country! All the MONEY has gone to the banks (that wonderful 'recapitalization' we have heard so much about, that very simply means 'we gave all your money to the banks'). 'They' want still MORE of our money to hand over to insurance companies now! And the drug companies are likely next in line...
'They' nibble around the edges of our problems while offering us flowery, optimistic prose. 'They' are OWNED by the special interest groups... there isn't really much 'they' can do...
So we are involved in a 'slow motion' collapse now... It is all 'they' have to offer us. Stretch out the hardship over a longer period of time so that it doesn't ALL come crashing down at once!
Our social safety net(s) are in NO condition at all to deal with problems the magnitude of those we have. Nearly ALL of our states are broke also! There IS NO MONEY! Tax revenue is a thing of the past... It is crashing EVERYWHERE, at every level of government. Everything is bankrupt. The BANKS STILL do not understand! The banks will throw a mother and her two kids on the street in a heartbeat IF they think they can turn a quick buck on a foreclosure. I saw today that most of the banks are desperately seeking ways to increase earnings at all costs. The likely answer? FEES! More fees! Fees for everything you can imagine... Our entire financial system, the corporate elites, are STUPID! They have NO common sense at all! They create hardship and strife and leave that for the government to clean up... The financial elites destroy the very people they seek to rob and discard...
Our problem IS money people... Money rules our world as never before. I look forward to the day when it is WORTHLESS! I look forward to the day when 'people' rule themselves without the interference of kleptocratic governments! The money, the wealth, the greed and the corruption have ruined all that was once good about our country. How did we ever stand by and allow such a disaster to occur? What were we thinking? What are we thinking now?
That government is going to ride in on a white horse and save us all?
Well... it's not working. But 'they' do not want you to know that it's not working... The last thing 'they' want you to understand is what dismal failures 'they' really are... 'They' continue to 'pretend' that everything is going to be just fine... There really is nothing 'they' can do to save us. Not this time... And... things are NOT going to be just fine... What is left is for US, we the people, to deal with the mess 'they' have created for us.
It's 'time' we all get back to what life is really all about... Not health care and cap and trade, but faith, love, joy, liberty. The betterment of mankind. The evolution of human beings...
Don't take it from me...

The TROUBLE with Twitter
Now, it seems to me, the government is concentrating on 'attacking' social networking as a part of their recent effort to define anyone who disagrees with their policies as an extremist. Accusing the American people of attempting to speak with OUR representatives ONLY so we can can get ourselves, or an amusing situation, on YouTube. I say... maybe that's how shallow and vain 'they' are but that does NOT represent the American people. And neither, apparently do they.
As I'm sure many of you already know, many many of our 'representatives' have DRASTICALLY changed their planned meetings with constituents. It seems now that the ONLY 'constituents' they are interested in speaking with are the ones who agree with all of their positions!
Recently there was much outrage, rightfully so IMO, about the White House's recent flag@whitehouse.gov mis-step. Can you IMAGINE the rage from the left had George Bush attempted to create a White House database that contained as much information as possible about anyone and everyone who 'disagreed' with him?! I suspect he might have been burned at the stake for such an egregious error!
This vocal, peaceful, dissent both will, and indeed should, continue. The dissent isn't really that much about health care reform or proposed cap & trade legislation. Those items may be the tipping points for the anger that is swelling in America but they are not the cause. The dissent is much more about a government that seems ever more dictatorial and tyrannical.
America has been very angry since George Bush and Hank Paulson seized 700 BILLION dollars from American tax payers against their will. Only to hand over the money to the very same corrupt institutions that played a major role in getting us into this situation in the first place. Followed by TRILLIONS of tax payer dollars (secretly?) handed out by the Federal Reserve. Bush also got the auto bailouts rolling by keeping them out of bankruptcy long enough to pass them off to Obama. Obama has only continued to bailout everything he can possibly bail out. Including further injection of tax payer money into the auto industry via the 'Cash for Clunkers' program. The MAJORITY of THAT tax payer money is and will end up in the hands of FOREIGN auto-makers! Of course this is but the tip of the iceberg as far as government interference and manipulation. It is on going in our markets and throughout every level of government.
Which brings me to my point... The TROUBLE with Twitter... In using twitter ourselves are we not handing a searchable database of the thoughts, ideas, joy and anger of MILLIONS of Americans over to a government that wants NOTHING MORE than that? Combine that with the government's obvious ability, and willingness, now, to 'trump up' charges against ANYONE they so choose. Government always just uses one of it's favorites to incarcerate anyone they choose. Be it fraud, obstruction, insider trading, lying to investigator's, extremism, terror plots or any other number of 'laws' that are sufficiently vague to allow for the prosecution and imprisonment of almost anyone!
Anyone who disliked the Patriot Act should be keenly aware of what we are voluntarily offering our government now, through the use of twitter. Twitter, in the hands of a corrupt dictatorial government, is a very frighting thing to me. Twitter allows unfettered government spying and intrusion into the life of any American they choose. This seems especially dangerous when combined with the Obama administration's seeming willingness to call ANYONE who disagrees with them an extremist.
Surely we all remember the total outrage over the Bush administration listening in on the phone conversations of Americans, without a court order, when and if they were speaking to someone outside the country who the Bush administration determined might have terrorist ties. Was that an OUTRAGEOUS invasion of privacy by the government? As we were told it was. But twitter hands, nearly, this same ability to anyone who would like to use it to pursue an agenda of any sort. There is absolutely NO oversight.
The communications revolution is over-running Washington and they are as afraid as I ever remember them being in my lifetime. I would bet the majority of the people who 'represent' us do not even know how to use a computer at all. All this communication between and among constituents across the country is frightening them very badly. They have never seen anything like it before and they obviously want it to stop.
They fear mass communication. What they fear even more is the possibility that the party paradigm is about to end for good. They have used the engineered division of Americans for their own purposes for decades. What they fear the most is UNITY among ALL of the American people. Democrats AND republicans alike, uniting as never before in our history against non-democratic, indeed unconstitutional, government actions. This at a time in our history which finds nearly ALL of our politicians flailing wildly in a desperate attempt to save themselves. Not us...
In my opinion the government of the United States will use all means/tools at their disposal, including the ruthless invasion of our privacy and stripping of our guaranteed freedoms, to defend themselves and their arrogant lifestyles. They will do whatever is necessary to put down any social unrest or public uprising. This makes us not a whit different than Iran...
We have voluntarily handed our government a huge searchable database of our own private thoughts and feelings. Good luck to us.
It is my own opinion that we MUST continue to PEACEFULLY resist the destruction of our constitution and our country. Dictatorial, tyrannical rule cannot be allowed in America. Let freedom ring, America. Close your pocketbooks and REFUSE to participate in their 'bubble economics'!
