Bible verse of the day (8^P)

"For the love of money is the root of all evil: which, while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

1 Timothy 6:10
What IS the Resistance?

Number one it is PEACEFUL. We ALREADY have ALL the power. It is merely up to us to decide WHEN to use it... We inherently have the ability to remove Governments. In fact we currently have multiple ways in which we can accomplish this. This is the new age of man(kind). This is when we all stand up, at the same time, and say... HEY! What the Hell?!

What IS this tremendous power we have to topple corrupt Government(s)??? It seems, to me, that the missing link has long been communication. What with the hugely successful and exponential expansion of 'human networking' we have the most powerful voice, as a people, that we have ever had in the history of mankind.

Voting and purses...

Simple huh? That is the beauty of the Resistance... it's sheer simplicity. These two tools alone are all that anyone needs, at least in this country, to change EVERYTHING. Think about REAL 'change that you can believe in'. Please wonder about what it might be like to actually SEE 'change' happen. When YOU want it to...

We all know about and understand our right to vote... It has been severely twisted and corrupted through the decades but it still exists, if only mainly as a 'symbol' of the great nation we once were. The politicians control this part of the game to a large extent. If you don't believe that then just try running for president... lol Too much apathy is (intentionally?) built into the system to allow it to perform as designed. I believe the 'object' has been, for decades, to drive Americans AWAY from the polls, not toward them. Divide and conquer... the old game. In the old game, in my opinion, the Government feels the more apathy, hopelessness, division, the better. They, BOTH PARTIES, seek to divide us all along certain political battle lines. Think abortion, race and civil rights/civil liberties, war(s), spending, health care, freedom, etc. As long as the majority of the populace fights and argues amongst themselves the less time we all have to think deeply about Government and just exactly WHAT is IS they might be up to... Government(s) thinks in the terms of decades and centuries. Someone there does anyway... Likely NOT most of the idiot representatives we see on TV and in the news... But someone in Government is always looking ahead... as far into the future as they possibly can. They, I suppose, are of the famous well known 'they' variety. The ones we don't see. The ones we don't hear from. And I feel like 'they' don't want us to know... anything about 'them'. So... voting? Can it have an effect on the status quo? Maybe... But the REAL 'they' hide... Some at the Pentagon, some in the Think Tanks, all in the background.

The nuclear option... purses...

It's at our disposal at all times... WE (Americans) are far more powerful than North Korea and Iran (peoples) combined. Right now! Today! This minute! Should we use it? Prob not just yet... But we all have at our immediate disposal the means to bring our Government to it's knees... We represent 70% of the economy of the United States of America. She still belongs to us. We can take her back any time we choose to communicate and cooperate. It is 'their' addiction to MONEY that gives us this power. Take away 'their' money, 'their' campaign funding, 'their' social engineering allotment, 'their' precious economy and they always panic. Cause them to default on their loans/debt and they are just gone. On the ash bin of history.

Deflation and flushing the system...

That's what deflation is for, as in the 1930's right here in this country. It's to FLUSH OUT the weak companies... it's to FLUSH OUT the corruption. In politics and the markets. It's called Capitalism... At one time, one of the 'rules' of capitalism was that no one company was ever 'too big to fail'. Deflation, recession, depression. These are all painful words and also painful events. But with capitalism they also carry great import. They are a 'cleansing' group of events that we MUST have. They clear all the 'dead wood' from the system and allow new growth to form. When exactly did our Government decide that these age old rules of capitalism were too "ancient' to be allowed to continue/occur??? When exactly did the 'pain' of 'cleansing' become too great a threat??? I believe it was when those very same companies (banks, insurance companies, auto companies (unions), Brokers even?) obviously 'too big to fail;' represented a huge portion of campaign funding to Dims and repulsives alike.

TRILLIONS of DOLLARS into the banks...

I will not go into much detail here... look it up... On top of what we have pumped into the financial system directly as taxpayers, after it was forcibly removed from our pockets against our will and wishes, besides that AIG was used as a front to funnel many many more millions (Trillions?) into the bank behind our back. Take a close look, in addition to those, at the (You just CAN'T POSSIBLY audit me!) FED. This is where the largest majority of the money has come from... It helps a LOT when you can merely 'print what you need'...

What 'they' are doing with foreclosures...

Again, not a lot of detail, we have all the time in the world (kinda...). But it seems quite obvious to me that the Messiah's plan has not quite lived up to it's billing (We will help 5 million families remain in their homes.). BS... It ain't happening folks... again, look it up, or just look around you... But dig a little deeper... WHY is it not working? First of all it was designed to fail... It is extremely difficult to slip in between the tiny cracks just to qualify for help with a mortgage... WHY? Simple really... the Government needs to, indeed HAS to, save face on this painful issue... How do they do that? Obviously with a well publicized campaign for/about a NEW (and improved?) Government 'program' to 'help' the people in a time of great need. It's almost ALWAYS smoke and mirrors... They are helping a handful of people just so that they can say their new family saving program is showing signs of working/helping those in need. That it has some nice 'green shoots'. 'They' sell the 'idea', the 'philosophy', to the people. 'They sell their 'good intentions' to the people. Don't look at what 'they' say... look at what 'they' do... What 'they' are doing is preparing, clearing the way, for the banks to FLUSH the system of pesky bad mortgage assets. The ONLY reasonable way for the banks to do this, while limiting their losses as much as possible, is foreclose on these bad assets (not people, Lord no...). Flush the system, get rid of the bad assets, it's part of capitalism, though a part 'they' don't really care for us to witness this time around. Lucky for us... it's difficult to hide MILLIONS of homeless people while the bank's balance sheets improve...

What 'they' are doing with health care...

Brief again? I can't help it... Is it as 'they' say? To help us? To make sure that EVERY American has access to quality health care? Maybe we should step back and think about it a little... If EVERY American were to be forced into the health care insurance arena WHO exactly would benefit??? Who stands to gain the most? Can you follow the money??? Is health care one of the next bubbles to burst? Are pharma's one of the next bubbles to burst? Maybe... Do you understand 'bubbles'? How they work? What purpose they serve, and have served, in our economy? Bubbles are cool... if a Government could harness the power of bubbles they might rule the world. Is this what has happened to us? Is it still going on right now under our noses? Are they prepping for the 'next bubble run up' as I type? Maybe... And it's name COULD be health care... or energy even...

The Clean Energy money grab...

Lets all just join hands and sing kumbaya... We NEED to do SOMETHING to 'save the planet'! Or so 'they' say... Number one... CAN we really save our planet if we wanted to??? Ever heard of China? Their population makes us look like spit in the ocean... India? These are EMERGING countries and economies... NOT old Empires in decline. If WE have the ability/capability/desire to destroy our planet then that's what we will do. Period. There won't be any silly 'preventing it'... So what are 'they' up to? Taxes... Keeping this one short and sweet :) We always, on all issues, Dim OR Repulsive, end up in the same place... M-O-N-E-Y. Keep in mind the fact that in the USA EVERY level of Government, City, to County, to State, to FED, are ALL hurting badly for revenue. Likewise with Governments around the World. Help me keep an eye on them. Lets see where they try to get the money next. Lets work together, all of us, Dims and Repulsives alike. For a better world. For 'Change we can believe in'. ;)

My favorite motto's...

ALWAYS, FOLLOW THE MONEY! TRUST NO ONE!

I'll be back... I'll always be here in fact... In fact I always HAVE been here... until I'm no longer here.
The Resistance begins...

Next post... What IS the Resistance?

Who the Hell am I and why should I care?

Hello everyone! (Anyone????) Since this is my first ever blog post I guess I'll TRY to 'have a point' lol

First, I'm a trader. Stocks, bonds, commodities, etc... That's what I do. But... trading requires that we know about and follow SO many things. Many of these things are foreign to most people... US housing data, jobs numbers, economic news, consumer confidence, retail spending and what not. A lot of people are far too busy with the hassles and or excitement! of everyday life to give much of a whit about what their Government might or might not be up. OR what some weirdo 'trader types' might be up to either... This makes perfectly good sense, up to a point. Trouble is we are WAY beyond that particular 'point', IMHO at least. As trader's we must have some ability to see into the future, if we are to survive. This is a long term statement. We can day trade and swing trade in the short term based almost exclusively on technical indicators and momentum. But we also should have a longer term view, a macro-view. A view of where we are headed, where we are currently at along that path. For a trader, often, that means "where is our Government at?", "where is our Government headed?", "does it make sense?". Often the answer to these questions is 'less than desirable'. It is my own personal opinion that our Government has not 'drifted' but PLUNGED HEADLONG over the edge and into the abyss. It is my opinion that mankind's own Governments, in most of the developed world, are so horribly screwed up at this point that there is NO HOPE for a suitable answer, fix, whatever, at this point. It seems to me to be a world wide phenomenon. The current answer, especially here but also across the world, seems to be 'if we can just throw ENOUGH money at the problems (banks, insurance companies, auto makers, unions, healthcare, etc...) that will SURELY fix it.

At the risk of rambling... there is FAR too much apathy in this country for sure, others I know less about. But one thing I do see and understand is that there is far LESS apathy in Iran than there is in the USA... There is LESS apathy in Iraq than in the USA, there is LESS apathy in the Middle East than in the USA, less apathy in Asia as well. Are we (the good old USA) in decay? Is it possible we truly are Rome? These are some of the things I like to think about, to examine, to discuss openly (while we still are able). I hope to find many others that are interested in the topics touched on here, in my first blog post ever. lol In the end, and to close out, I think people are the answer... worldwide. People and communication. I think we are seeing it begin to occur in the world right now. Specifically in Iran. I hope the days of corrupt Government rule are near an end. I hope a new age is dawning in which man will rule himself. And I'm looking for the hundreds of thousands that want to help this become a reality... (resistance? revolution?)

Can I go to jail for saying crap like that? Not in AMERICA! Surely... no???
