Remember when Nancy Pelosi was calling Tea Party members Nazis?
Remember how dissent was treated in this country when citizens merely voiced their displeasure with the way our own government was ramming the health care bill down everyone throats?
Notice how Washington is so quick to condemn the Egyptian government for using force to put down dissent? For shutting off the internet? For Mubarak's refusal to step aside?
While the obama administration, or I should just say politicians, are currently seeking to pass a law that will allow the president of the United States to shut down our own access to the internet on his demand with no interference / oversight from congress what-so-ever?
More and more I am having a very difficult time determining how, or even IF, our own government is any different than Iran or the Mubarak governments..
All corrupt governments will do WHATEVER it takes to retain their OWN wealth and power.. Including our own. I think we all get that don't we?
